Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Padelier (the "Club"), a private, invitation-only padel members club operated online and at partner venues internationally. By submitting an application, creating an account, or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership

Padelier is invitation-only. Membership is offered at the Club's sole discretion following review of your application. Membership is personal, non-transferable and may be suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, abusive conduct, repeated no-shows, or non-payment.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to apply.

2. Bookings

Sessions with Padelier professionals ("Pros") are booked through the Club platform. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been captured. Court availability, pricing, and Pro availability may change without notice until a session is confirmed.

3. Cancellations & no-shows

  • Cancel 24h or more before start: full refund to your original payment method.
  • Cancel less than 24h before start: the full session fee is charged and no refund is due.
  • No-show: treated as a late cancellation; the full session fee is charged.
  • Pro-initiated cancellation: you are fully refunded regardless of timing; repeated late cancellations by a Pro may result in removal from the Club.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. ("Stripe"). By paying, you accept Stripe's terms and authorise the Club, via Stripe, to charge your selected payment method for the session fee, any applicable taxes, and any late-cancellation or no-show fees. Prices are shown all-in in the member currency and include the Pro's rate, court cost, and Club service fee.

The Club does not store full card details. Card data is handled directly by Stripe under its PCI-compliant environment.

5. Private sessions with Pros

Pros are independent professionals who contract with the Club to deliver sessions to members. Pros are solely responsible for the technical content, conduct, and safety of their sessions. The Club acts as an intermediary and payment facilitator and is not the employer of any Pro.

You participate in padel and any physical activity at your own risk. You confirm you are medically fit to play and agree to follow the Pro's and venue's safety instructions.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not harass, discriminate against, or threaten other members, Pros, or venue staff.
  • Do not attempt to bypass the Club to book Pros off-platform.
  • Do not misuse the platform (scraping, reverse-engineering, exploiting bugs, fraudulent chargebacks).
  • Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity during application.

Breach of this section may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, code, and materials on the Padelier platform are owned by the Club or its licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial membership purposes only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform or participation in any session. The Club's total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the session giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Termination

You may close your membership at any time by contacting the Club. The Club may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, safety concerns, or non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (payments due, IP, liability, governing law) will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

The Club may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or on the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing-law jurisdiction to be confirmed with counsel]. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
