Deleting your account

In the app

Open Settings, then Delete my account, and confirm. Your account is closed at once and erased 30 days later. If you change your mind before then, sign in and keep it.

Without the app

Write to founder@padelier.app from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by email once it is done.

What is deleted

After the 30 days: your profile, your sign-in, your messages with the club and your professional's notes.

What is kept

Records of payments are kept for as long as the law requires, without your name, and are then deleted. Nothing else is kept.
